Broncos vs. Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals and the Atlanta Falcons are two teams playing for the same goal. That goal is to survive and advance. They both know that this game is a lose and make off-season plans immediately affair. With that being said, The Cardinals host this sure to be Saturday afternoon thriller at 4:30 pm.

The Cardinals who have not had a great ground game this year (see Edgerrin James stats), have had to rely on veteran Kurt Warner who really knows how to win. The former Super Bowl and NFL MVP has brought a winning attitude to Arizona this year and a ton of touchdowns with him. His arm will look to connect with star receivers Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin. Arizona will be tough to beat at home with this noisy crowd that has been thirsting for a playoff game in recent years.

On the other hand you have an Atlanta Falcon team that no one expected to win over 3 games this year. Don`t look now but here they come with a confident, poised, and great under-pressure quarterback in Matt Ryan. He is the most recent rookie quarterback to start a playoff game since Pittsburgh Steeler Ben Roethlisberger in 2004(1-1).

If Ryan struggles don`t worry Falcon fans, you have a bulldozer for a running back in star Michael Turner. Turner shredded defenses this year like a ticked-off chainsaw looking for wood. Ryan`s security blanket is wide-out Roddy White. White like Turner is headed to the Pro Bowl for his outstanding season. Both teams lack playoff experience so advancing is huge for their respectable franchises. This is a game I will definitely watch just because of Matt Ryan and his competitiveness.
