The Saints Reggie Bush out for the year
Reggie Bush who recently returned and has played fantastic of late, will now miss the final two games of the New Orleans Saints' season because of a knee injury.
Bush injured his left knee during the Saints' overtime loss at Chicago last Thursday night. The knee was examined over the weekend and Saints coach Sean Payton said at practice on Wednesday the team decided to put Bush on injured reserve and this will officially end his injury plagued season.
Bush carried the ball for 404 yards and two touchdowns. He caught 52 passes for 440 yards and 4 touchdowns, and scored three touchdowns on punt run-backs this season in which he probably wishes he could have contributed more. When Bush is healthy he is electrifying. The problem is that he has been injured so much the last couple of seasons.
