Sources close to the Washington Huskie program say that USC offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian will become their next head coach. Sarkisian has been at USC for the last two years running a very dangerous offense. In 2004  he was the quarterbacks coach for the NFL`S Oakland Raiders. Just a year and a half ago, he lost the head coaching job at Oakland to Lane Kiffin.  Kiffin was recently named the head man at Tennessee last week.

Sarkisian was a quarterback in 1996 for Brigham Young. That year he lead them to a 13-1 record. When asked to comment on the head coaching situation at Washington, Sarkisian said that he is focusing on this Saturday`s game against UCLA. He could be the man to lead  the Huskies back to prominence.
