6 NFL players were suspended by the league yesterday for violating the league`s anti-doping policy. Among them, The New Orleans Saints Deuce McAllister, Charles Grant, and Will Smith. Houston Texan long snapper Bryan Pittman, and last, the Minnesota Vikings Pat Williams and Kevin Williams.

The agent for defensive lineman Pat Williams plans to file a motion in federal court today. They are all accused of using diuretic which can hide the use of steroids in one`s body.  They were all suspended  4 games without pay, which will mean in reality  that they will miss the rest of the NFL season.

The lawyer for the 3 Saints players said that the results were "inconsistent with the objectives of the steroid policy." Whether the players knew or not, if  a drug or supplement is even in question, I would not even take the chance of digesting it into my body! It`s common sense not a guess! These guys make millions. I know it`s not guaranteed, but it is more money than most will see in a lifetime!
