How long is Smith going to be Playing?
Steve Smith is not always happy and when he punched Ken Lucas this proves he has a problem keeping himself in control and this is not the first time. In 2002 he punched Anthony Bright in the face and was sued by Bright which was settled out of court. The Carolina Panthers are having a time keeping him in check, he is a great NFL player and an asset to the team but I can't help but ask, how long is Smith going to be playing? All public people, especially one that have fan bases like NFL need to be held accountable for what they do in the public eye and should be part of their contract. Not just fighting incidents but DUI, Drugs and any other police incident where if it were you or I we would lose our jobs. What do you think about this incident or the clause that I think needs to be in pro sports contract.

Yes, I believe if the player gets involved in illegal drug use and or violence towards another team member should be suspended for the season!

I dont think Steve Smith is going to be sitting out of anything on this occasion though. He has prooven to be too talented. They have their hands full with that young semmi pro “boxer”,LOL

Look out everybody, a sad Bret Favre is a Jet!! It will be another interesting time to see how he’ll play aganst his old team.

I heard somewhere that Favre was offered alot of $$ to not come out of retirement..
